The “Coach” Karl DeMasi has been teaching and coaching for the past 35 years on all levels of academia and athletics. One of his hobbies has been writing, announcing and talking about sports. DeMasi has been involved in the Savannah Area sports scene since 1995, and he created the high school magazine “The Prep Sports Report” in 2000. In 2010, the “Coach” started broadcasting The Karl DeMasi Sports Report. The show can be heard “LIVE” every Saturday from 9 AM until 11 AM live. The 2021 MLB season is two weeks away, and that means batter up! Coach Karl DeMasi from The Karl DeMasi Sports Report and the Baseball Fanatic Kyle Lawson stepped up to the plate and talked about baseball as they have since May of 2017.
The Coach and Kyle looked into the early division breakdowns, focused a little more on the Atlanta Braves, had fun talking Banana ball, and, of course, focused on who was better at baseball trivia.
